Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly delayed. If there is a significant delay in processing your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Domestic Orders: 3–7 business days
  • International Orders: 7–21 business days

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information, if available.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to selected countries and regions. If shipping is unavailable to your location, you will be notified during checkout.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees.

Delayed or Lost Shipments

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, First Choice is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance procedures, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping details, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to update the information before the order is shipped.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can investigate and provide a resolution.
