Returns
We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unworn, unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. You must also provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
- Custom-made or personalized products
- Personal care items (such as beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Please note that sale items and gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be returned.
Exchanges
The quickest way to exchange an item is to return the original product. Once your return is approved, you may place a new order for the item you would like instead.
European Union Customers
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without providing a justification.
Returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is also required.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
